Collector interest

Turok's Game Boy port lands late in the handheld's life, just as the franchise was exploding on the Nintendo 64. Acclaim turned the license into a prehistoric platformer, and this US release is the more common of the two regional versions. Collector appeal rides mostly on the Turok name and the tie to the contemporary N64 hit rather than genuine scarcity. Complete boxed copies are far harder to find than loose carts.
