Wagyan Land sequel with new levels and more varied sound challenges. The formula is enriched. Still just as original and charming. For first game fans wanting more Wagyan.

The small white dinosaur moves through colourful scenery alternating platforms and puzzle screens: gardens, machines, cloud worlds. The word mini-games impose their own presentation, turned cards and aligned letters, making two visual vocabularies coexist without ever blurring the reading of either.
The accompaniment takes a childlike tone without ever turning saccharine: simple melodies in a major key, bright timbres, moderate tempos. The puzzle phases receive shorter, more rhythmic motifs marking the passing time, and the main theme returns between events as a reassuring landmark.
Complete: box, manual and disc/cart very clean. Lightly handled.

Is Wagyan Land 2 still worth playing in 2026?
A sequel to Namco's original platformer, Wagyan Land 2 extends the little dinosaur's adventure with new levels, enriched thinking minigames and an increased variety of challenges. The formula, which blends gentle platforming and logic challenges against the bosses, gains in richness and finish while keeping its good natured charm. The colourful art direction and the inventiveness of the situations appeal to genre fans. Left in Japan, the title aims at the curious. For a fan of original retro platforming or of the Wagyan series, the title keeps an intact gentleness and freshness.
