The Walking Dead Season 2 on Vita: play as Clementine alone in an ever more hostile world. Even more moving than season 1. Telltale's narrative maturity at its peak.

The second season lowers the viewpoint to a child's height, which changes every framing: adults are seen from below, doors and tables take up more room, and the scale is a constant reminder of the character's vulnerability. The palette shifts to winter, dirty whites and browns, where the previous season played on warm colours.
The music is sparser than in the previous season and leaves long stretches to the wind, to footsteps in snow and to breathing. When it returns, it is often a single guitar played close to the microphone, and the theme attached to the heroine appears complete only at the moments when she decides alone, which makes it a marker of autonomy.
Now the protagonist in her own right, a child must survive alone in a world where the living are often worse than the dead. Harsher still, the season questions lost innocence and the weight of every decision. This bitter, heartrending sequel confirms the series' narrative mastery.
Complete: box, manual and disc/cart very clean. Lightly handled.

Telltale's second season, The Walking Dead Season Two places young Clementine at the heart of the choice-driven story, extending on Vita the first season's emotional adventure. Fairly common in the United States, its interest lies mainly in this extension of a narrative milestone in portable form rather than scarcity. A piece valued by fans of interactive storytelling.
