World Champ is a NES Punch-Out clone from Romstar whose surprisingly high loose price reflects a limited American distribution more than any reputation. A low-profile console publisher, Romstar shipped only a handful of NES cartridges, making this one less common than expected for an unremarkable boxing game. The interest comes from that print scarcity, not the derivative gameplay.
