US version of X-Men 2 Wolverine's Revenge (Activision, 2003), valued at the same peak as the Japanese edition, around 2400 EUR sealed and 1000 EUR CIB. Here scarcity is less territorial (NTSC-U circulated more widely, hence the lower loose rarity rating), but sealed copies in that condition are extremely hard to find, which sustains the top price. The game itself is unremarkable; the value lives entirely in the sealed state.
