Colourful 2.5D platformer from Nintendo EAD. Yoshi collects Super Fruits inside a pop-up storybook, accessible gameplay. Charming visuals, soothing pastel atmosphere, short but sweet. Not on Yoshi's Island (SNES) level, more childlike and light.

Collector interest

NTSC-USA edition of Yoshi's Story, the same EAD platformer but on an English/Japanese cart carrying the famous singing-Yoshi voices in their original form. Loose and CIB values run clearly above the European release : US demand is stronger and the market deeper for this first-party title. Sealed remains the peak, yet complete copies already command real money here, unlike the more ordinary PAL run.
