The game borrows the imagery of nineteen-thirties science-fiction serials: bubble helmets, tapered rockets, flashy uniforms. Buck Rogers Countdown to Doomsday is the USA/EU edition of the SSI/Electronic Arts SRPG, one of the rare SSI games ported to Megadrive.
