Description
Turn-based strategy RPG developed and published by Square Enix in Europe in November 2003. Marche Randell and his friends are transported to the world of Ivalice and find a clan of mercenaries to integrate into. Over 300 missions, five playable races including Human, Viera, Nu Mou and Bangaa, job system with over 30 classes, Judges enforcing laws in combat and a world map to explore. Over 50 hours of gameplay to complete the main adventure and side quests.

PAL edition of the first portable Final Fantasy Tactics entry, signed by Yasumi Matsuno at Square Enix and structured as the transition between his Tactics Ogre work and the Ivalice fabric that would later spread to DS and PSP. Square Enix Europe run was decent but the European cardboard box often turns up crushed, and the game's pivot role in the Matsuno chronology makes a complete PAL identified copy a central documentary piece for Ivalice enthusiasts.
