Human's firefighter game, brilliant in its constant tension and taut rhythm. Short but striking for atypical experience fans.

Collector interest

A US SNES Jaleco firefighter simulation from 1995, North-American-exclusive, with a very short print. The cart is culturally interesting as one of the very rare fire-rescue simulations of the era, halfway between puzzle and action. US boxed CIB in an intact box with manual has become a difficult collectible, and the cote climbs hard, sustained by real physical scarcity and by growing curiosity for niche SNES simulations.

Is Ignition Factor, The still worth playing in 2026?

The Ignition Factor is another Human firefighter game, this time built for international release, namely more structured stages, a merciless timer and a very tactical reading of fire spread. The top down perspective and the absence of gratuitous action force a methodical approach. Drier than The Firemen, but more demanding and denser. Recommended to Human fans, to lovers of atypical SNES experiences and to anyone curious about a subgenre in which action gives way to danger management.
