The vegetation is handled in multiple layers, vines in the foreground, trunks behind, canopy at the back, giving the jungle a thickness few games on the console attempted. The animals keep the proportions of the cartoon they come from, and the contrast between the pale child and the saturated green backgrounds keeps him visible in all circumstances.
The themes take up the film's songs and transpose them for three voices, with particular work on rhythm, since those pieces originally rested on a brass section and a jazz drum kit. The noise channel gains an unusual role here, that of a brush on a snare, and the whole keeps the swing of the sung versions.
Complete: box, manual and disc/cart very clean. Lightly handled.

The shimmering art direction and the careful animation, the studio's hallmarks, elevate the machine, and the level design stays solid though sometimes demanding. The visual charm carries the whole. For a retro platforming fan, a Disney fan or someone curious about handsome 8 bit productions, the title keeps a definite visual appeal and pleasure.
