Collector interest

The Japanese version of the rolling-ball puzzle, under the local name KulaQuest, a bit less widespread than its European counterpart. This native edition appeals to collectors of regional variants of a minor 3D brain-teaser classic. Its interest lies in this local run and the packaging specific to the Japanese market rather than marked scarcity.

Is KulaQuest still worth playing in 2026?

Kula World, known as KulaQuest in Japan, is an original 3D puzzle game where a sphere rolls on floating geometric structures. Game Design Sweden's title offers ingenious movement physics and well-calibrated progressive difficulty, with a camera following the sphere through unlikely constructions. Simple and surprisingly deep. A genuinely interesting detour today.
