The console's resolution allows more creatures on screen than the pocket version, which changes the nature of the problem posed: you manage a crowd rather than a group. The destructible terrain gains in fineness, each pickaxe blow eating into the material in small visible portions, and the palettes clearly separate the diggable from the impassable.
The noise channel here serves as a genuine drum kit, which the portable version could not allow, so the arrangements gain a rhythmic foundation and sound less like music boxes. The selection of pieces stays the same but the balance changes: the melody moves behind the accompaniment, a choice that makes prolonged listening more bearable.
