Madou Monogatari III - Kyuukyoku Joou-sama, in its revision A, the Japanese conclusion of Compile's RPG trilogy on Game Gear. Arle faces the dungeons' ultimate bosses in the climax of a saga that mothered Puyo Puyo. For the meticulous collector, telling this Rev A apart is a fine goal on an already rare entry. An underrated gem
Closing an endearing trilogy, this chapter pushes Arle to the peak of her power against memorable bosses, in the same first-person dungeon formula. Confined to Japan like its elders, it remains little known beyond the islands. For anyone who has tasted Compile's world, it's a generous finale well worth importing the cartridge for.
