Outfitting MegaMan.EXE through the NaviCustomizer opens a field of possibilities that holds you for ages, every program layout reshaping how you fight. The main quest against the rebuilt WWW comes with networks to explore, Blue-exclusive chips to track down and link-cable trades with White to complete your collection. Often hailed as the series peak, this entry owes its longevity to that generous strategic depth and endless tuning.

Megaman - Battle Network 3 - Blue Version (GBA) price, value & rarity
European PAL edition of Battle Network 3 Blue, the first EXE sub franchise iteration to introduce a Pokemon inspired White and Blue versioning system, with each version offering exclusive Style Changes and a unique Navi. Capcom Europe run was decent but the European cardboard box is fragile, and the regular confusion between the two versions at second hand purchase keeps a clean complete Blue identified copy on a particularly clear price for PAL EXE completists.
Is Megaman - Battle Network 3 - Blue Version still worth playing in 2026?
For many fans, Mega Man Battle Network 3 stands as the peak of the subseries, the one where the formula finds its best balance. The combat system on a nine square grid blends real time action with deck preparation in a perfectly readable way, and the Battle Chips hunt still pulls the player back in. The investigation structure across the net and the physical world remains tasty. White and Blue differ in exclusive bosses and challenges, which gives completionists a real reason to return. An excellent gateway into the Capcom series.
