A light, goofy RPG where you fill the world with wildly customised Mii. The humour and casting freedom amuse for a long time, but the heavily automated combat strips away almost all strategic tension.

Casting your friends, idols or total strangers as adventuring heroes drives the comedy of a tale that gently mocks RPG clichés. Roles are handed out almost at random, and each unlikely line-up sparks its own mishaps. Light, tender and unpredictable storytelling whose absurd humour remains its fondest charm.

Beneath its light-RPG surface, Miitopia hides a brimming toolbox: you assign classes, personalities and relationships to Miis built from scratch, heroes and villains alike. Watching companions bond, fine-tuning your absurd cast and unlocking the hefty post-game stretch the adventure well past the main quest. Its silly tone keeps you wanting to experiment again and again.
