The hedgehog leaves the green hills for an industrial fortress: vats of toxic product, rusted pipework, machinery turning in the background. The dark palette, far removed from the rest of the series, presses the idea of a hostile place, and the tables are drawn like technical cross-sections of one installation.
Howard Drossin signs a soundtrack of thick grain, saturated guitars and heavy rhythms that match the factory setting rather than the character's usual world. The loops run long, suited to sessions that drag on over a single table, and the themes stand clearly apart from one level to the next.
