Collector interest

Capcom's home port of the arcade Pang, this PAL edition circulates within a small European pool, with the region's typical multilingual manual. A convivial puzzle-arcade title rather than a prestige piece, it mainly interests those building a complete PAL SNES set and hunting a clean cardboard box. Common as a bare cartridge, its value rests on a tidy complete copy and the sealed one, scarcer in preserved shape than the contemporary Japanese release.

Is Super Pang still worth playing in 2026?

An adaptation of Mitchell's famous Pang, this title known as Super Buster Bros. or Super Pang sets the player against bubbles that bounce and split when hit, to pop with a harpoon without getting crushed. The crystal clear arcade principle, the rising tension and the two player mode keep an intact addictive pull. The simple production matters little against the efficiency of the gameplay. A skill classic to recommend to all fans of snappy action puzzle and scoring.
