Is Croc! Pau-Pau Island still worth playing in 2026?
Known in the West as Croc Legend of the Gobbos, this Argonaut 3D platformer follows a young crocodile out to save the adorable Gobbos from the clutches of Baron Dante, across colourful islands. A 3D platforming pioneer born from a Yoshi prototype, it wins with its cartoon charm and good natured mood. The rigid camera and grid based handling date against later references. An endearing platformer for fans of retro 3D games and nostalgics of 32 bit mascots.
