Fourth Metal Slug with Mega Enterprise as developer instead of SNK. Overall quality is slightly below par and the tone less inspired. Run-and-gun basics are present but the spirit of creative madness is less pronounced. Honest but inferior to the series' original entries.

Description
An SNK Playmore console edition released in 2003-2004 (Korea, US, Europe, Australia, Japan), a port of the arcade Metal Slug 4. The first release without Nazca at the helm (Mega Enterprise/Noise Factory), with two new protagonists (Trevor and Nadia). A slightly cooler reception: the formula keeps its quality but loses its genius.
