Reco, riding her beetle, belongs to fairy-tale illustration, and this meeting of naturalist plate and enchantment gives Cave its finest graphic identity.
Manabu Namiki composes a thwarted pastoral: flutes, strings and harp evoking a peaceful forest, onto which electronic rhythms graft themselves and accelerate with the threat.
