Titus action based on RoboCop, Japan-only. TPS in dystopian Detroit, fights against criminals and machines, film vibe. Poor production, stiff gameplay, limited animations. Of no particular interest.

Collector interest

An unexpected Japan-only outing for a Western license, RoboCop - Aratanaru Kiki stayed confined to the archipelago, becoming an import curio documented almost solely in local sources. The game itself is poor, but this regional oddity for a Hollywood franchise appeals to hunters of catalog anomalies. Narrow desirability, driven by improbable-import status rather than by content.

Is RoboCop - Aratanaru Kiki still worth playing in 2026?

A forgettable RoboCop action game, this title ranks among the genre's misfires on GameCube, as confirmed by a very low period score. The stiff controls, technical poverty and unimaginative design make it a laborious experience, far from the character's cinematic aura. Time has salvaged nothing from a package that was already shaky at launch. Outside the curiosity of collectors drawn to license adaptations, there's no reason to revisit it today.
