Syberia II extends Kate Walker's journey toward the far north. Breathtaking painted scenery, subtler puzzles and powerful emotional ending. A masterful close.

Description
A Microids and The Adventure Company adventure released in 2005, a direct sequel to Syberia. Kate Walker continues her adventure alongside old Hans Voralberg to reach the mysterious Syberia island where mammoths still live. Refined mechanical puzzles, travel across post-Soviet Siberia and a touching conclusion to the duology. As poetic as the first entry.

Story
"Masterful"
Hand-painted settings of remarkable finesse, melancholy automatons and hushed light: Benoît Sokal's adventure is steeped in a faded steampunk poetry. The beauty of the panoramas and the contemplative atmosphere compose a journey out of time. This art direction, refined and nostalgic, remains of a rare elegance.

Is Syberia II still worth playing in 2026?

A sequel from Benoit Sokal and Microids, Syberia II extends the heroine and clockmaker Hans Voralberg's journey towards the Far North, in search of the mythical mammoth island, in a point and click adventure still carried by its poetry and melancholy. The beauty of the settings, the emotional depth of the narrative and the elegant mechanical puzzles bring the diptych to a beautiful close. The slow pace stays reserved for genre fans. An excellent adventure for fans of narrative point and click and stories steeped in gentle melancholy.
