European Gremlin Interactive pressing from November 1998, distributed locally under a British publisher distinct from the American Midway release. The European manual contains a map booklet covering the five decades traversed by the story, an editorial document missing from the American run. That documentary density paradoxically makes it the most narratively complete version for a DMA Design studio whose license had been handed to Midway for America.
