Dropping pairs of blobs and aiming for the clearing quartet: the base is crystal clear, but the magic strikes when one chain drags another into a colourful firework. Versus play unleashes laughter and friendly low blows. Easy to grasp, bottomless to master, this puzzle stays a peak of the competitive genre.

Lining up four puyos, sparking a chain reaction and drowning the opposing side under a colorful avalanche sets up a gleeful tension round after round. You replay to attempt a longer chain, again and again, the score as judge. The principle is simple and repetitive, but its tactical depth and tempo make it a puzzle that won't let go easily.
